The process of designing buildings is a complex and multifaceted process that requires a great deal of knowledge, experience and creativity. Here we will explain how all stages of the building design process work, from the idea to the handover.
The first stage of building design is information gathering and analysis. We study the intended construction area, location, climatic conditions, function requirements and all other factors that can influence the final result. This allows us to create a concept design that reflects the client’s needs and takes into account all building conditions.
We then move on to the preliminary design. At this stage, we will develop the concept of the building, determine its shape, dimensions, architectural style and all other details that will influence its appearance. We also analyse the technical and economic aspects to determine its viability and feasibility.
Once the client approves the preliminary design, we start working on the documentation. At this stage, we work out in detail all the architectural, engineering and structural solutions needed to realise the project. We also draw up all the necessary drawings and specifications for the contracting organisations that will be responsible for the construction of the building.
Once the working documentation is ready, we start supervising the construction process. We observe the construction process to ensure that the work carried out is in accordance with the design and documentation, and to address any problems that may arise during the construction process.
Once construction is complete, we carry out a final inspection to ensure that the building is in accordance with the design and documentation. We then hand over the project to the client and help them to commission it.
